. Trust in Gods Word and act like you believe Him.

When thoughts of your stupid come through but you know God says otherwise. Which belief are you going to ACT like you believe are you going to display actions you believe yourself and beat yourself up and give up half step in school. Or believe God and try your best and even if you fail an exam you know God will make sure you pass the class and whatever He calls you to do yall be successful in. And not beat your self up but practice more and know your best and obedience will be good enough.

I doubt that someone who is severely, and clinically, depressed would be able to do this.
Depression is not solved, or treated, by just thinking positively.
