CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was raised in Fl. My gran and aunts still live in San Antonio, Fl. I have lived in Orlando, St Pete, and Port St. Lucie. I miss Fl, but my husband is from OH so I am stuck here. It is waayy to cold in Oh for a Fl girl!

I am Charlie and live in South West Fl (Fort Myers) perfect location 2hrs from Bush gardens/Disney world/ South Beach Miami (third is just a meh to me)

So after a year of being in Tampa, I'm moving to Arkansas to attend Harding University.
I'm going to miss a lot of things about Tampa, but most of all I'm going to miss the church I attended here (Bay Area Church of Christ). The people there are awesome!
I sent a couple of you guys in the Tampa area PM's inviting you to check out their website.
If anyone is in the Tampa area I would highly recommend checking out Bay Area Church of Christ. The people there changed my life (I was converted through their ministry)!
