There is a dreaded rumor that hurricane season is thinking about starting up again. I thought it was not starting until June, but the talk has already started. At least this time around, I am not working in Homeowners and windstorm insurance. One more perk to my new job! I sure hope this year is no where near as bad as last year.

I guess I would have to say go Owls, FAU! I have already graduated, but I can still cheer right? Its either them or the loser Dolphins! But most of my cheering this year will have to go to the Marlins.

There was one in Jacksonville a few years ago. I did not get to go. I have been to an air show when the Blue Angels came to NAS Jax. It was spectacular!

I used to attend there since 2 years before they moved to there current location on cypress. He's an awesome pastor, that is for sure, but I now live in the cooper city area and I'm also a greeter at my local church, so I don't go there anymore.

I have been several times, but not once have I heard Bob Coy preach. Everytime I go, he is out of town. Talk about bad timing. I used to listen to him on the radio. They have had some good concerts and I was flirted with by a 65 yr old man with dentures in the singles group but other than that I haven't had much experience with calvary chapel. I would like to go and actually get Bob Coy preaching. Maybe I should call ahead and reserve a seat! lol.

Ok you want to talk Dolphins. Winnsteadt or however you spell it, was useless, but the fin stunk before he even got there. Why do you think Jimmy Johnson quit? And no it wasn't bc Dan Marino left. Dan Marino has been washed up for some time, no offense to him he used to be good and is a cutie, but the dolphins have not impressed me for about 6 years. Want to see some good stats? Can 75% of the team. Its time for a makeover. Get a whole bunch of Noobs out of college and invest in a couple of good, 'almost vets' from other teams to teach 'um the ropes. Keep Zach, even though he hasn't been up to par lately, I think that is just due to the fact that he knows he is on a bad team and doesn't want to bother hurting himself or trying too hard when he knows there is no point. Don't get mee wrong I don't hate the fins. I have always rooted for them, but I would like to see them....um ...how should I put it .....WIN!

Air and sea show is going to be great! I thought they were not having anymore, but it looks like they straightened things out. I was checking out the website and it looks like its the end of April, i think, rats I already forgot, yeah I think its April 30 and may 1st. Can't wait, and I am bringing my sunblock. I refuse to be tomato Gem on Monday-No Way!

I absolutly agree we need to clean house with the team and we are pretty set with the D, even if we loose Surtain, fine by me, as along as they can get a high 2nd rounder for him. I believe we should draft Alex Smith, because there has been talks between Saban and Ricky. The other person that screwd up this team is Rick Spielman. Him and his motto, lets use our first pick on the D, mentality. Perfect case Moore, from 2 years ago. By the way, Dan wasn't just a good qb, but the greatest ever, minus the super bowls, I'll leave that to Elway.

I noticed that the Air&Sea Show presented by CBS4NEWS, instead of channel 10, which is probablly why I havn't known it was still alive.

Does anyone else not like living in florida?

I like Florida well enough, but not the area I am in now (then again, I am not a native, so that could be part of it). I would rather live outside of the city (near Miami now)...I am a country girl, so even the sub-burbs are a bit much for me...hehe. I hear the area around Tampa/St. Petersburg is really nice, so after college, I may check that area out.

Spent about 7 years in Tallahassee and went to TCC and FSU. My family still lives there...parents, brother and uncle. Tallahassee was pretty blah. Maybe I would have enjoyed living somewhere in FL that had a job market! Oh, and I wasn't a football fan. The Seminoles were only a passing curiousity for me. = )
