What was not stated in Robs video is that the North Pole area may be a bigger circumference. At least that is what i am taking from all of this.

Read my post again, to understand it properly. You can believe whatever you want, but if you acted according to the OT today, you would be put to prison, because its against our laws. For example, do not try to stone adulterers to death. And it clashes with Christianity in many points. Its simply not for us today.

The proper usage of the OT, as you even mentioned yourself, is the Christological usage. Nothing else. Even the OT morals are not Christian morals and therefore not for us today (for example "an eye for an eye").

I don't believe that Christians can or should only use the OT Christologically, except in the sense that all the bible focuses on Christ in some way. The morals of the OT include the Ten Commandments, and even the instance you quote of "an eye for an eye" is taken by some to be a limit on compensation. Of course, like many other things recorded in the OT this is superseded by the New. There is also much that, whilst not superseded in the same way, was fulfilled in the New, like the OT sacrificial system. As Augustine of Hippo once wrote concerning the two Testaments, “The new is in the old concealed; the old is in the new revealed.”
