By that requirement, what could ever be considered as a reliable source? I can't think of a single thing that someone else wouldn't object to as a source for information. Even if you did provide support for a source, you'd still need to provide support for the source of that support, and then support for your source-support support, and then support for that support-source, and so on. Firm logic there.

Any source that makes claims that can be objectively confirm by either observation or testing. Scientific sources tend to follow those rules. So do many historic sources.

There is a reason that scientific sources are considered to be very reliable. They not only tested their results, they will tell others how they can test them. How would you test the claims of the Bible to be objectively true? Even more important, what tests could prove the Bible to be wrong? If you cannot answer that last question you have admitted that your biblical belief is irrational.

The problem here is that at some point you have to consider some things you consider true to be foundational, and therefore usable for support for other things within your own personal paradigm. In order for these things to be considered to be true would dictate where that person has placed their own faith. That's one of the great ironies of atheism, within its ranks reside some of the most blindly religious people I've ever seen. They just bow to the god of illogical reasoning instead of another, and their scriptures state, 'and science said' rather than 'and God said'.

I am always willing to support my claims. You do not appear to understand what a reliable source is. Here is one clue, you cannot use a source to defend a source. In other words you cannot use the Bible to defend the Bible, especially since it does fail quite often.
