It looks like you ask questions and answer them yourself
David turned on his best friend to sleep with his wife-Why should i count on an unbeliever to answer any Biblical question correctly. so i showed you what you do not understand or believe.
How long is a "day" for God? Read Psalms 90:4 and 2 Peter 3:8. Ansd please, spare me the "that doesn't count for Creation: rubbish or the "Oh, then a day is 1000 solar years flapdoodle". God isn't stuck in time as we are. Your silly notion of God being ruled by the clock is shot to pieces by the testimony of God's Creation itself!Where are you getting this idea that a day wasn’t a day in Genesis 1?
See above. You’re just pulling it out of thin air.
I.E.,"God created everything". Yep.Genesis 1 was written for man to read and understand.
How long was a day when there was no evening and no morning? How would anyone know? Please, this whole thing of tryng to make God into a Really Powerful Human is simply repulsive. This astronomically ridiculous idea that God used the word day from a perspective that man could not comprehend
Explain the geological evidence, then. But unless you want to evoke a horse laugh, don't trot out the asinine "God made everything lool old" crud.is beyond irrational.
He didn't. It took nincompoops thousands of years later to learn to misunderstand it.Why would God write something for man to understand that he can’t understand?
Tell us about the "24 hour days" thing again. That just keepos getting funnier every time I hear it. How did those ancients know what an "hour" was? "Oh, it was 60 minutes", right? <ROFL>Your ludicrous idea undermines the whole purpose of writing Genesis 1.
But hey, mate, God just made everything look old. There are fossils of Homo sapiens dating back about 300,000 years, long before the young Earth creationist date for the creation of the Earth. The genetic diversity of our species cannot have arisen in less than 10,000 years from an initial population of one man and one woman.
23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:-So, God also walks on water.

Of course I'm just a heathen that is not interested in cutting off penis flesh, it happens though
Maybe it's more aesthetic
Roll eyes
You can deny it, don't mean it didn't happen-Flat earth and creation is the least of your Biblical problems.
The eartrh isn't flat, and the Bible doesn't say it is. Creation took as long as God wanted it to take, because God created time, and isn't bound by it as we are. If you want to know about God's creation, then you study His creation. The Bible wasn't written to be a geology text.-Flat earth and creation is the least of your Biblical problems.
23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

Actually, some new research into the Y chromosome has shown we have one common father dating back less than 6,000 year ago. The researchers did not seem much aware of Noah, but that would be only about 4,500 years ago. There are fossils of Homo sapiens dating back about 300,000 years, long before the young Earth creationist date for the creation of the Earth. A human father?Actually, some new research into the Y chromosome has shown we have one common father dating back less than 6,000 year ago. The researchers did not seem much aware of Noah, but that would be only about 4,500 years ago.
You know how they date the fossils, right?
I remember how scientists used to say that soft tissues could not possibly exist for more than 10,000 years. Then, horror of horrors, a researcher dropped a Tyrannosaurus femur, and broke it. The marrow still had the soft-tissue remnants of blood vessels. There was even a hope that some DNA might be found in it. Almost overnight, scientists began saying that under certain conditions, soft tissues could last for nearly 65 million years!
Sorry, I'm rather new here so I'm not sure what has been discussed: but relative to your remarks here, I've been studying Hebrew for over six years, so I know at least a few words. I'm still learning--it is a complex language. One word that Hebrew has which has no equivalent in English is a word you might know: "Elohim." It is most often translated as "God," but it does not really mean that. The word functions as a plurale tantum, essentially meaning it occurs always in the plural form, like heavens, faces, waters, and lives in Hebrew which have no singular forms. Elohim is used to mean God, gods, angels, people, judges, rulers, and superiors in Hebrew--it is really not limited to just "God." Because English speakers make assumptions based on the translation, some theological problems develop over misinterpreting the word.I have no idea because I don't know any Hebrew.
All I know is that English words don't always adequately explain what the Hebrew, or Greek, were trying to express.
In Greek, for example, there are 4 words for love. These describe family love, sexual love, the love between 2 friends (I think) and Divine, Agape love. All we can say in English is, "I love my mum", "I love my husband", "I love going to the seaside", "I love the Beatles", "I love God". We don't love these things/people in the same way - we have a different relationship with each. In Greek, someone could see immediately what the person meant by what word was being used.
I don't know any examples, but I have been in Bible studies and heard people say "we don't have the equivalent word in English". There are also cases where the Hebrew for a particular verse is unclear. The translators have done the best they could, but if the Hebrew is unclear, obviously the English is not going to be a direct translation.
These are developed traditions from a prior languageSorry, I'm rather new here so I'm not sure what has bene discussed: but relative to your remarks here, I've been studying Hebrew for over six years, so I know at least a few words. Didn't read it all, didja? That's the same technique the SDAs use about durn near everything.. Ever thought of signing up with them?It is a remembrance just like the verse states.

Not according to Genesis 1:3-5Both of which require the sun.
Not going to address the passage I quoted?Sorry, we've already played the "you don't believe the Bible game", and you enthusiastically denied what our Lord Himself said. No further sophstries necessary.
A fig for your 24 Hour Days of Creation blather.
