They're "trutherfacts", which don't actually have to be true, you just need to keep repeating them over and over, preferably with some random pictures from conspiracy sites posted to fill out the thread.

Look up the actual document flight paths for that or those flights. you will be surprised what you see. If you really want to prove your assertion right. It should be public recored and maybe it could end the whole debate. I'll check into it as well today if I can, Trogdor the Burninator.

You're in the US, so grab a connection to Dallas and then book a flight to Sydney, bring a video camera and tape the flight to your heart's content. You could also go direct from Houston, but you'd have to fly United

If you come in summer you could even do an Antarctic scenic tour and try and spot the "ice wall"

They are documented online. And I have actually personally flown on one of those flights. I can assure you that it flies the way that Flightradar and Flightaware say.

Still doesn't prove a globe. I'll check to see what the explanation is. Anybody can search flat earth questions by typing in "flat earth youtube" after whatever question you have. Same thing for flat earth information in print.

If I'm not mistaken, the reason math supports the globe theory is because it incorporates the globe as an assumption.
I first heard geocentrists making the claim about math.

Speaking of flight paths, if flat earth were true, a flight around the southern hemisphere would take 3-4 times longer than a flight around the northern hemisphere due to the extra distance involved.

Yet it doesn't - the flight times can be easily verified online.

Yes there is IMO, I believe you. I don't think you're part of anything especially not a conspiracy. I'm confident if you see actual documented flight paths in the southern hemisphere your answer. I'll try to check when I get time tomorrow. I might have images but you might not trust them. I'll check.

I've not only seen actual documented flight paths from the southern hemisphere, I've been on many of the flights. I've looked out of the window. I've checked what I saw against the map.

One of Patrick jane's problems is that his flat earth projection centred on the north pole is actually reasonably accurate for the northern hemisphere (the further north the less distortion). The result of this is that transpolar flights are reasonably accurate on his map. For example, a bit over a year ago my daughter flew from Toronto to Hong Kong almost directly over the north pole. However this projection totally distorts the southern hemisphere to the point that the map is totally inaccurate and unusable as a map. A flat earth projection centered on the south pole would actually be usable in understanding transpolar flights such as from South America to Australia. However it would distort the northern hemisphere so badly as to make it ridiculous. Only the global model works with the an accurate description of actual distances no matter where on the globe. It is also the only model that fits the actual physical laws of our universe.

All easily explained in the flat earth. We're talking past each other and I don't think anybody in this thread actually searches flat earth for the questions and assertions they have. It is what it is. Nothing new UNDER the sun.

Not only completely different stars but those stars rotate in opposite directions in the night sky --- both unexplainable in flat earth dreamland without using magic.
