Psalm 106:9 He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it dried up;
So He led them through the depths,
As through the wilderness.
10 He saved them from the hand of him who hated them,
And redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
11 The waters covered their enemies;
There was not one of them left.
12 Then they believed His words;
They sang His praise.

The enemy had chased them to the Red Sea and there it looked as if they were doomed; the sea blocked them on one side and the armies of Egypt on the other. They were terrified. They weren't expecting God to deliver them even though they had seen Him do wondrous things in Egypt. Yet the Lord delivered them. Then they believed His words.

It's easy to believe after the fact. Will you believe Him now? Will you believe Him when you're backed into a corner with what appears to be no hope?

I will!!!

Thank you. My class is based upon JPJ's work. Our instructor had permission to copy much of his material, so I imagine its not significantly different than his 101 class.

Don't know much about dream interpretation. That must be kind of interesting. I don't suspect most of my dreams mean much of anything, though.

Some dreams do and some dreams don't. I prefer to go to bed on an empty stomach to sleep better. My "dream life" is better too. And sometimes the Lord wakes me up to pray for people. I want that. For some reason I feel very rested afterwards, even if my sleep is "disturbed". That's not the right word, because it is certainly not disturbed. It's a very welcome interruption. Disturbed sleep is nightmares, or night sweats.

Is this not encouraging? David's warrior mentality has blessed me many times. I think we can all be encouraged by him.

Do not be anxious about anything.. but in everything.. by prayer and petition.. with thanksgiving.. present your requests to God.. and the peace of God which trandscends all understanding will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.. Phillipians 4:6-7

Today there are some pressing needs.. and it is so easy to get anxious about them.. dwell on them.. but God has said do not be anxious.. so I have rolled them over to Him.. and there is peace now.. I am being thankful about all that I do have!!

What a great scripture to remind us of. I think some of us need it today too!

I was not feeling well this morning, and it affected how I looked at everything. It was hard to be cheerful, hard to be excited and expectant, and I found negative thoughts infiltrating my mind, thoughts of failure all day creeping in. The thing I remembered is not to pay attention to it, but to what God says in His Word. We walk by faith, not by sight. My feelings are not an accurate assessment of the situation. I ignored the devils lies, spoke God's Word, and now I have the victory! I saw myself with the victory even when in the darkness.

I'm declaring financial breakthrough for all of us here. I know the blessing is working. I am blessed because Jesus was made a curse for me. The blessing of Abraham is mine. And I will recover all, as David did. There's no doubt about it. God is not a man that He should lie.

Ok, so I had a bit of a rant with God last night. Told him how I feel about certain things that just don't seem fair, things that I don't understand. Went on for, I dunno, maybe 20 minutes or so. I suspect I'm not the only one who's ever done it, but it had been a while.

And, no, I didn't get a response. Just hope he was listening. *sigh*

Hi

I'm at Global Awakening's Healing Renewal Conference.. Tonight was the first night & it was good..

I was waving my flags up front & this couple had their video camera.. and were taking video of the conference. MIke said that they took a lot of video of me with my flags.

Later Randy explained who they are.. they're taking video to play on Canadian TV.. He said the video they're making is gonna be seen all around the world..
