Surviving! LOL With 4 kids I'm definitely outnumbered! Normally we did an early summer vacation but my daughter is graduating with prom and her party its a big expense, leaving no funds for a vacation. But we'll make the most of it, keeping the kiddos busy with local activities.

What's the best thing about being on staf.f. in your eyes..

and what's God doing in your life right now? ( I always get so uplifted about hearing what's God doing in your life.. for some reason)

The best thing about serving on staff for me as been when I've been able to outreach to other members through the service and its made a difference. I have a few that I hold very dear to my heart that I'm not sure I would have had, had I not been on staff. I've always felt God has used me in my position on staff and have yet to feel him moving me on. Guess his work for me here isn't done yet.

As for what's God doing in my life right now its rather interesting. It seems over the past few years I've been very much aware that he's been preparing me and my family. He's been doing very specific things to demonstrate that he is real in our lives and that he's in control. He's showed me through our finances, through illnesses, just time after time, he's provided and done things that could only be his intervening in our lives. I have felt that he's trying to make us stronger and more dependant on him, for what reason, I don't know. But I do know that had he not been preparing me, I wouldn't have been able to handle all that came my way in this past year. I now have a much stronger faith and the understanding that I don't have to fret, he's right there with me and everything will be alright. This brings me so much comfort, especially amongst the chaos of my life.

I can only imagine. I have half that many and they keep me on my toes! Sounds like you have some great plans anyway

My eldest son is 22, my daughter is 18, the youngest two boys are 11 and 9. And they're all still at home. I keep trying to convince my eldest son to move out on his own, but he is (self-admittedly) a momma's boy and doesn't want to leave. lol My daughter will be starting college in the fall but will be living at home and commuting back & forth. She's been exploring some apartment options closer to the college but she too is so close to her mommy that I doubt she'll go anywhere either. My guess is they'll still be here ten years from now! lol Guess its good to be so loved?

Hey that's great. You must be a great mom if none of your kids want to leave My oldest boy is only 15 and already can't wait to fly the coop. We don't really have a "home" though so I guess it's a little different.

While I'm on that "team", my responsibility is training the new moderators, I don't really take care of the other technical stuff. I do know that the living avatars is an issue that's on the "to-do" list that the site owner has, and its suppose to be being worked on, but I'm not sure they've had much success with them thus far, well guess that's evident. I use to have a living avatar but got tired of waiting for the fix so I just made my own slideshow avatar of my living dolls

I just had to make this account quickly because I tried to log into the other one I made a few days ago but I can't get in. I'm sure I'm typing the correct password in but it says I am not. So I did the next step and requested an email to reset the password, and now no email has come but it has been a few days now. I tried again and nothing happened. So I'm thinking that maybe I might have placed a typo in my email address in the other account.

It's so annoying.
