I wonder if God approved of what the FBI did? I am thinking of a Supreme Court Justice, a Senator, and a Congressman, they had great approval in this world. However, they lived for the world and not for God, so now they are all three in hell in torment. In special torment because their positions gave then great influence over other people. The physical body dies, the person continues to live, those outside of Christ go to Hell.

I'm told that He is judge over a higher jurisdiction. Perhaps, if it's appealed He'll weigh in on it.

I've always avoided deciding who will be in hell. Seems like a bad idea to me. The decision for those things is in good hands, anyway.

If Jesus and His lessons are any indication, we may be surprised who is where in the afterlife. As I said, I'll leave that to Him.

Glad you see now. Keep in mind that established polling companies are more reliable, and average of their findings are even more reliable. I like Real Clear Politics, but there are others as well. FiveThirtyEight is good.

Trump had the authority to declassify any document, and he said he did. How can they prove otherwise?

There are two parallel things involving secrets: the classification system and various laws. The classification system is administrative. The president can declassify. But he is still bound by the law. The warrant referred to the laws, not classification rules.

The fact that some items were top secret, compartmentalized certainly implies a need for secrecy involving them, but even if the President declassified them (which is far from clear) it might not help if the laws still applied.

I don't think the documents they were after will add up to much. Even though some say top secret, that doesn't mean they still are after two or more years. Plus they probably had had a fairly good idea of what he had to begin with. It seems more likely this was a fishing expedition and the real goal was to find something unrelated that's incriminating. Especially anything that might help the Jan 6 investigation.
