Her background really doesn't tell us much one way or the other about how dangerous she is now.

Civil disobedience is a breaking of laws. She should be arrested same as the others.

I doubt she will be heavily prosecuted although she will garner more publicity for her cause by refusing any plea bargain. Then they can push the narrative that the government is evilly persecuting them, one of their favorite stories.

Much of the point of protest is publicity. If this elderly Holocaust survivor weren’t arrested then this protest wouldn’t have gotten the desired publicity. They were counting on the FBI doing their job.

That the FBI is targeting prolifers is propaganda, manufactured outrage.
