Not in the increments that are speculated about. There is just an assumption that they should exist.
I'm not sure what "increments that are speculated about" is supposed to mean.
Regardless, transitional fossils most certainly exist; specifically that there are fossils which are morphological intermediaries between multiple taxa.
Denying the existence of transitional fossils is denying the existence of those fossils. Which is just silly.
