The fact that He did not destroy mankind shows that we are special to Him. It has been estimated that 99.9% of all species that have ever lived on Earth are now extinct.

It is a fact that you are still alive and why are you still alive? Because He "is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance." Of course you know that your going to perish. Only we disagree because I believe not everyone is going to perish. It all comes down to having respect for God and having respect for yourself. If you have no regard for God then don't expect God to have any regard for you. That is pretty much the way it works in life. We get back what we are willing to put into it. So when you invest nothing then don't expect to get anything in return.

If you ever have grown a garden you know that not all plants prosper. So even if we all die, even if there is no Heaven, still there is a huge difference in this life as to what constitutes a good life and a life of pain, suffering, sickness and disease. If you respect yourself then you want to take good care of yourself so that you prosper in your health and well being. For me the Christian life is the best life to live with the most benefits. I already have shown that the people who lived according to the teaching of the Bible did much better during the Black Plague. Because the Bible is life and health and shows us the right way to live. There is a reason the Bible teaches that we are to remove black mold from our house. Because when that mold becomes airborn it can cause sickness and even death in some cases. So the Bible is showing us what we need to do to be healthy and how we can live a life of prosperity.

If you have no respect for biology then you would not be able to benefit from what Biology has to offer. So at least you have some regard and respect for something.

If you have a education better then 99.99% of the people then you have a lot to learn that they do not teach in the institutes of education. You are going to encounter problems in life that you will not be equipped to deal with because 99.99% is not enough. With God you will be 100% equipped. He can answer every question, solve every problem. There is nothing He can not do except that He can not contradict Himself. He is always true to Himself. Maybe if you live to be 100 you will be able to say you know more then 99.99 % of the people. But if you reject God then your going to be giving up a HUGE amount of wisdom, knowledge and understanding. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?
