o yes agree the only difference, maybe i don't know about you but its by design from the beginning.

there is a lot of things in nature that evolution can not explain and so far has not. not saying evolution is a farce just not the main driving force behind it like the mantis shrimp.

Again, as I have said repeatedly, if you want to argue design, you need to SHOW design.

It's also thought that humans can outrun all other terrestrial animals long-distance.

Technically, from what I remember, it's a combination of our bipedal gait, allowing us to use our hands free for other things, along with our ability to sweat to cool ourselves off, and our foraging ability that allowed us to out-pace a lot of game.

Like, they say if you want to catch a cat, don't run after it. Just walk. The cat will tire itself out before you do.

but no camera can see the ones of the mantis, fixated yea because just a little shrimp can prove mans limited ability, man can fly in space create atomic fusion but cant match a little shrimp vision.

Can't flap arms as fast as a hummingbird or hold breath as long as a tuttle either.

So?

well that is test that actually hasn't been done. Pronghorn antelope, Ostriches are long runners but unless you devise a way to get an animal to keep running of its own, you can’t really know which one can run the longest. man wont make it to far without water so.

Sure, the mantis shrimp is an impressive prawn - but we have visualisation technology the mantis shrimp can only dream of... ;)

The point is that the animal kingdom is full of wonderful features & abilities, because they have a selective advantage for the species that have them. The mantis shrimp got super-sight and hammer-fists, so rates outstanding on the 'stuff humans find impressive' list, but there are a lot of weird specialities out there - and don't forget human brainpower...
My CCD will leave the mantis shrimp (and the human eye for that matter) for dead for photon detection sensitivity.
The left hand image is in near infra red and the right in Ha (hydrogen-alpha).

If you click that "DI" badge and go to the "about" section, under "What we do"

Under "Mission" are these gems:

and

among other things. The "ID homepage" is operated by an organization that clearly is driven by its opposition to the natural, material basis of science and supports a immaterial, supernaturalist view of the world, particularly a "Judeo-Christian" one.

[BTW, real sciences don't have "a homepage".]
Indeed. It's not even trying very hard to pretend to be non-Creationist.

Man versus Horse Marathon. Horses have won just because they are faster when they get to speed, but a human can travel over more difficult terrain than a horse can without loosing traction or much speed, plus we are better at running in warmer climates than a horse can because of our ability to sweat and shed heat more evenly.

You are right that ostriches will beat a human though.

I wonder why anyone would deny or
hide it unless they are ashamed or, out
to deceive. ( as with "CSI", or, "ID")

Seems as if they'd be proud to be
soldiers for the Cause.

Except that shrimps don't have technology. They just have more photoreceptors in their eyes that lets them see more cones of vision than we can.

I think that you're honestly talking nonsense and codswallop right now in an attempt to appear intelligent. And it's not working at all.

right because it is technology on a grand scale.

i don't think you see the problem with yours really.

No, I just don't see how yours makes sense.

You can't really compare a mantis shrimp, a crustacean, to a human, a mammal. They are two completely different creatures, with two completely different biological histories and set ups. They aren't comparable.
