Eggs were around millions of years before any sort of bird, let alone chickens specifically. So the egg came first.

The part you're overlooking is that everything recorded in civil war history can happen in the real world, and can be repeated, and similar things happen today.

Actually we do. Intelligence assembles integrated complex structures and encodes information today and can be repeated. Meanwhile chance does not. It's not about what can happen. It's just that stagnant will for materialism and its constructs present since man's inception.

The stuff in the bible cannot happen in the real world and we see nothing of the sort happening today.

We see the assembly of complex structures by intelligence.

It's not because the texts on the civil war say so, it's because there's actually evidence of specific battles and people that were in it as well.

There are intelligently designed guns, intelligently designed cannons, intelligently designed uniforms etc.

These relics you speak of: There are tons of uniforms, weaponry, tools, and even entire forts and bases that show evidence of the civil war --

I said survivable relics. There are tons of men intelligently designed. And that's not counting the other organisms. There are also others which analogically stand in your midst simply as a gun. Bereft of the ability to analyze civil war history it's a gun, not a civil war gun.

Sure, parts of the bible take place in cities we know have existed, but that's hardly proof of all the magic and miracles in the book -- I mean, Spiderman comics take place in New York, after all.

1 - I mentioned Spiderman because it takes place in New York and is complete fiction. This was to illustrate that just because stories in the bible take place in real places, it doesn't make it non-fiction. You missed the point entirely.

2 - Spiderman is not a transitional form. Spiderman is a fictional comic book character who gained superpowers from radiation (or spider bite, depending on which version you read).

3 - People are not intelligently designed -- not then, not now. Every single person you see walking around was born of naturalistic means. It's called sexual reproduction. If you've never had this talk with your mom or dad, then I might recommend some books for you to read.
