They entered the tavern and found very few people in it. "Well hes not here but im sure he'll get here sooner or later so letsjust sit and have a drink while wewait."

Scott walked into the tavern looking around he found remial and then he saw sierra oh great he thought to himself I'm about to get yelled at again he walked in and sat down next to them

Zhash followed behind the triumphant army as it reentered the city. Peasants lined the streets as they beat their drums and hit their tambourines. Many hollered in their state of stupor they had attained from taking too generously of the free drinks.
Zhash basked in this feeling of triumph. He had never felt like this before, and immediately he began to savor it. He did notice as Scott ran off to a nearby tavern. Hmm, I think I'd like a drink myself. Perhaps Atlas should join us.
Zhash ran up next to Atlas, shouting, "Is not this a great moment?! Let's go celebrate with our friend, Scott! He went into that tavern!" Zhash pointed to the tavern in which Scott had entered.

"Ahhh there are Atlas and Zhash i will go meet them while you two talk things over" Remial removed himself and sat scott down where he had been. he walked over to Zhash and Atlas and said" I think it best if we leave those two alone

Zhash quieted a bit with this new, humbling insight from a much more battle hardened individual. But, he did not allow this to dent his enthusiasm. He would train hard for the next battle. Next time, if there was a next time, Zhash would be prepared.
At first, Zhash was perplexed by Remial's suggestion, but he peaked over Remial's shoulder and saw Sierra. Nodding understandingly, Zhash suggested, "Perhaps we should take a table in the corner. I am need of a good draught."

Zhash took the lead as he chose a small table in a darker corner of the tavern. He didn't neccessarily like dark corners, but it was the only kind of corner that this tavern seemed to have, so Zhash contented himself to be seated in a dark corner.
After taking a seat, Zhash ordered a small drink for himself and the others at the table. Thanking the bartender when the drinks arrived, Zhash took a sip before putting his cup back down. Zhash wiped his mouth with his sleeve before turning to Atlas.
"Atlas, I hate to break the festive mood. But, I must ask you. Something happened to you out on the battlefield. You weren't yourself. You were...I don't know...different. Or was it just me?"
After taking a seat, Zhash ordered a small drink for himself and the others at the table. Thanking the bartender when the drinks arrived, Zhash took a sip before putting his cup back down. Zhash wiped his mouth with his sleeve before turning to Atlas.

Zhash's eyes got big as Atlas laid out his ambitions right before him, "My Lord, I did not realize your aims were so high! But, I will serve by your side no matter what. You have proven to me to be a great leader that any man should gladly die for. Only, I'm not quite understanding how Montagrief fits in. Perhaps I should not, though."
Zhash let his eyes down to the table as he took another sip of his drink. Things were getting confusing, but suddenly, something popped into Zhash's mind, "Atlas, those gates were shut for a reason. It was almost certainly Retta up to his tricks, but suppose he is still in the city. I believe our time for celebration is not yet come, I was mistaken. This city's leader is no longer capable of his holding his position, and that must be fixed. This city needs leadership."

"Come with me." Atlas said and all but dragged Zhash to the raised speakers square of the city there he shouted.
"People! You saw out battle!" This was answered by cheers as many people were outside watching the soldiers,
"Here is what you did not see! Your leader Retta sealed us from you, attempting to end the battle in the favor of the barbarians (a little bending but in the right direction, and he is half bad guy now) It was only our quick decisions that saved out lives. I have hidden some thing from you, I am Atlas." this brought in cries of confusion and happiness.
"Now I ask you, do you wish Retta as your leader?" a few muffled "yesses" from his supporters were drowned by the millions of "no's"
"Then Who?" Atlas shouted over the uproar
Many of them shouted his name but he replied
"I have not the time to govern a citadel, even one such as this. But I will give the position to a great warrior and a wise man. Zhashban. When he travels with me he will leave a man of his choice in position. Do you accept this?"
All voices were drowned out by the overjoyed agreement.
Then they left the stage, as they did he spoke to Zhashban quietly
"The city has a leader"
