It could be, certainly. It depends on how our concept of justice is constructed.

"equity" is a word that should never be used since it can't be achieved. The dictionary definitions aren't representative of how the terms "equality" and "equity" are being used in a "social justice" sense. If it was there would be no need for all the diversity and inclusion, quotas, and CRT nonsense we are seeing implemented everywhere it doesn't need to be.

It really is that old meme about the guys standing on the boxes watching a ballgame. If someone else needs the box more than you then they get it and you don't .... that's how equity is being pushed regardless of what a dictionary says. Some dictionaries, btw, are changing definitions on the fly now whenever a new meaning is pushed into the lexicon, even if people don't agree. We are quite literally making communication impossible.
