I wonder if a particular physical constant will be emphasized. Here's a list of fundamental physical constants. One of them is the Faraday constant (amount of electrical charge per mole of electrons). I don't think that's of much consequence but I do know that Dan Faraday is scheduled to make an appearance in Desmond's ff/fb.

I personally think it deals with the constants of the Valenzetti equation, 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42.
