No, quite the opposite -- I'm not blunting anything, I've been particularly critical of the Epstein situation. If one of those girls' dads shot him on camera, that would be an "instant karma" video I would watch on a loop.Those are parallels among the truly abusive situations. And youre just reiterating the reasons why I agree that these kind of "underage" relationships need to be illegal and culturally discouraged.
The Macron marriage doesn't appear to be in that category - in that theirs appears to be one of those rare situations where an actual loving relationship underlied the whole thing even though it began in a way we need to reject.
You seem exceedingly eager to blunt the Epstein thing by one angle or another.
I'm saying that other abuses in that same realm need to be elevated and viewed the same way.
As far as the Macron's loving relationship, weren't they just recorded in an incident 2 months ago where she hit him in the face? (covered by CBS)
