I don't think Aaron is one of the O6. He was born on the island.

Maybe the preview was talking about the fact that we would find out more about Kate off the island.

Yeah.

So... 8 survived the crash and 1-6 were rescued, 7 and 8 didn't make it.

Jack, Hurley, Kate, Sayid and Aaron... 1-5.

Claire is number 7.

Who are numbers 6 and 8?

I'm also very curious to find out why Juliet didn't get off the Island... she wants to so badly and it seems like Jack has really thrown his lot in with her. Is it because she wasn't one of the Oceanic passengers, so they wouldn't have been able to explain her? But Ben got off the Island...

I think we still need to establish a clear definition of what it means to be an "Oceanic 6" member.

Does it mean that you came "from" the island? Or that you were on the Oceanic 815 flight?

IMHO they were on the Oceanic flight. For instance Desmond was lost at sea, he can't be one.

Well, Aaron is both - he was technically on the flight but he wasn't on the manifest, but he was also born on the island....

Yeah, I agree. But that doesn't mean Aaron isn't one of the Oceanic 6... He was on the flight. He survived the crash. He just didn't happen to be born yet when it happened.

But... that does raise an interesting point.

So, if Claire was one of the 8 that survived and she had Aaron on the Island, then I suppose Aaron doesn't count as one of the 8 that survived the crash.

Which means, that if Aaron is one of the 6, then there were three people who supposedly survived the crash but didn't make it off the Island.

So who do we think #6 is? i don't know if it is Sawyer after seeing this episode..i am starting to lean toward it being Locke...and Locke also being the guy in the casket! (ya i know it appears right now Locke won't go back, but lots can change...including BEN telling Locke something that will make him go back)

If Locke IS in the coffin then hes not a survivor from the oceanic 6 is he cause hes dead the oceanic are the survivors from the flight he may die on the island and IF the get rescued they might atke him back and have a funeral there....this is just my thougt on the whole thing and WOW to Aaron but didnt Claire want to give the baby away or is it because now shes attached to the baby by being stuck on the island. but great episode cant wait til next week

I was thinking Matthew Abbadon..... who, I suppose, could also work for Hanso. I haven't even thought of Hanso in a long time, we really haven't heard much out of them lately have we?

I'm just thinking that all of that stuff from the orientation tape and the teasers that came out in season 1 of the Hanso Foundation website.

What can Ben "do" that would allow him to get 3.2 million dollars in a week from this remote island that no one can plot or find?

We know they (the Others) can get off the island somehow. They brought Juliet on the sub, and both Richard and Ethan were off the island at that time. They got files of information on all the 815ers somehow, and in very short order. Mikhail seems to die and then be alive again more than once.

Ben's "magic box" has to be some kind of teleportation (how did they get Locke's dad to the island?) or time travel ability. Ben teleports/time travels out, gathers up 3.2 mil from various accounts, and can accomplish this within two days, as long as he's not chained up in a dungeon.

The children element (Kate isn't that good with babies, she might be pregnant, she's not pregnant, she has Aaron)

Aren't grenades sometimes called eggs? I'm not sure about that one.

I just rememberd something else ...when Jack and Juliette tried to call the boat and they couldnt get through then Charlotte had to do it and they asked to see if sayid etc had arrived and they said noone has......so then where are they ?
