Obviously Claire did not make it off of the island. If she is dead, perhaps Jack had something to do with her death and that is why he doesn't want to see the baby.

She has to at least make it on the helicopter, as that was one of Desmonds vision, which lead to Charlie sacrificing himself. Something has to happen between the helicopter, the freighter and home.

Desmond says that that is what he saw but I just remember him seeing Charlie die in the flashback. He may have added the part about Claire to give Charlie insentive to do it so that he would still do it and save Desmond himself cause he want to get off the island and back to Penny

I remember a scene in Desmond's flashbacks of Claire getting into a helicopter holding Aaron in her arms. I think that was real. I'll see if I can find something about it.

According to Desmond's premonition, Claire and Aaron leave on the helicopter. So the 6 may include them along with Sayid, Hurley, Jack and Kate.

I still feel Jin and Sun make up the rest of the Oceanic 6 - cause with Sun pregnant they want her off the island, plus they were discussing where they wanted to live and raise their baby in this episode. Why would the writers add that if it wasn't of some significance. Claire may make it off the island in the helicopter with Aaron and on the freighter, but not back home. Aaron wouldn't count as he was born on the island. With Sayid and Desmond and Frank missing in the helicopter, it must not be easy to make it back and forth from the island to the freighter.

the bit you put about them planning where they are gonna live.... that happens in real life too things get planned and something happens maybe the writers thought that but i get what you mean there must be something behind it for them to do that but this is lost anything can happen

I don't think this has been discussed yet -- what's up with Dan not being able to remember 3 cards? He remember 2 out of 3, and that was an improvement? That's going to be a significant clue, I think, we just don't know to what yet.

Has anyone heard this? It's a backwards-audio of the big guy who was screaming at Kate as she went into the courthouse with her lawyer. Backwards, the audio clearly says "We hate you!" Who is this guy??

okay i'm confused. i thought everyone "agreed" to keep the whole thing a secret. so then how is it that jack said all that on the stand? or is it that they just kept secret that everyone was still alive on the island? and why the heck doesn't jack want to see the baby? my first thought was that he thought it was kate and sawyer's too but....


which leads me to sawyer....daggone it all. he screwed up big time with kate. he was so sweet with the "i'll keep you safe" thing and then blew it all when she talked about not being pregnant. i do admit though, he deserved that slap from her however he nailed her ded on with the "in a week you'll get [wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth]ed at jack" thing.

MAKE UP YOUR MIND ALREADY KATE!

all in all, this season i think has been the best so far!!!!!

oh, and how exactly is ben supposed to get 3.2 million dollars???????

I think its yet another experiment he was conducting, how the island affects the mind and whether he could perceive what the cards were without seeing them previously.

Anyone else notice that when Sun and Jin are talking about where they are going to live Sun says she wants to raise "her" baby at home in Korea and Jin says don't you mean "our" baby. She never gets a chance to correct herself.
