Yes, some of those supposedly "Christian" comments under her video are completely unnecessary.
Before you brought her to our attention, I had never heard of her, but I can tell straight off from what she says in the video that I like her general approach and style in handling this issue. Is also helps to know that she has come out of the LGBT background herself, so she has has first hand experience of all of the issues and emotions that must go with having to contend with those issues.

Y'know, I think some of the negative stuff that some fellow Christians have said about her goes back to what I was saying above, and the things you've said above. And I agree with her, deep expression of hospitality should come before much of anything else; the Gospel should be encased in hospitality, even though, as you've pointed out, there may be some aspects of sexual orientation we will definitely have to communicate some evaluation about.
