The link that i posted was made by an expert of photography, people should address the content instead of attacking the OP,

It looks like the guy has his left shoulder tucked back a bit and Obama has his arm reaching around behind him.

Looks like a pretty normal photograph to me.

Just as I said, both have their inside shoulders pointed slightly back and their arms embracing around each other's backs. Perfectly normal perspective. I don't get what about this photo has the OP so confused.
