Soundly refuted the criticism? Really? You already admitted that Ann was wrong when she said the NYT ignored Dale Earnheardts death for 2 days. You also claimed that because Katie Couric misquoted someone claiming that Reagan was "an airhead" instead of "an apparent airhead" that meant that Katie thought that Reagan was an airhead. Nice piece of logic there. The rest of the accusations against Ann went ignored by you.

Furthermore, you were silent when we presented quotes from Ann when she supported the invasion and forced conversion of "some" muslim countries to Christianity and that "Canada should be lucky we allow it to exist on our continent". How do these attitudes mesh with "do unto others as you would have them do unto you"? Or don't you really care.

From my perspective, Ann (and vicariously you) took a drubbing in this thread. But that's just my opinion. I'm sure that others have formed their own.

I'm not going to go into why I think it's not racist, it's completely off topic. But what Coulter is saying is the equivalent of me saying "Gee, I wish the tsunami had hit France instead." It's tasteless, crude, uncalled for, and disgraces the memory of all the people killed.

Sometimes the only thing you can do is laugh. You should hear some reallyshocking jokes in hospitals for example. To people on the outside, they would certainly be considered in poor taste.
