do you think the leaking of the Supreme Court document is going to swing the midterm election ..

NO this liberal insurrection against the Judicial branch of our government goes well beyond anything that happened on Jan 6 No one on Jan 6 threatened the families and children of anyone.

You're really trying to compare the current situtation with an actual right-wing attack on the US Capitol? Come on, is that really the spin coming from the RNC and Fox News these days?

Seems like a pretty weak attempt to shift attention away from the actual ruling. Are people actually falling for it?

I think the wisest course may be to accept that, though I’m concerned about the long term effect of half our states retreating to the status of third world enclaves.

The Third World does not barbarically murder their children. What is at stake is something far worse than "third world enclaves."

The facts speak for themselves but your bias is noted

Yeah, I do tend to be biased against bad right wing propaganda, given how badly it correlates to reality. And also tends to lead to personal attacks like this rather than reasoned responses when questioned.

Actually, check that last one - those responses are amusing in their unintentional admission that there's not anything reasonable supporting them, just empty rhetoric that falls apart once it leaves the echo chambers.

What facts do you need to be shown to figure out that the right wing attack on the US capitol is different than someone leaking a document to the press?

You could start with the ones that show that protesting at the home of a Justice in an attempt to intimidate them and thereby influence a SCOTUS decision is not an attempt at insurrection.

The cool thing is if this swings the Nov midterms you can be guaranteed the Left will mobilize and a whole slew of new laws will be passed as a backstop to further overreach by the Values Voters (ie American Taliban).

Kicking an issue back to the voters and the states isn't anything like the Taliban.

No one is refusing women to be educated, beating people in the streets and generally slaughtering people willy nilly.

Thanks but you can stop that nonsense. When people get hung on crosses to die in the public square as an example to others then you can compare Christians to the Taliban.

For one thing, insurrections are violent uprisings against a government, you know, like what Donald incited at the US Capitol after he lost the election. Peaceful protests against government officials are kinda by definition the opposite.

You Literally Can't Believe The Facts Tucker Carlson Tells You. So Say Fox's Lawyers

Now comes the claim that you can't expect to literally believe the words that come out of Carlson's mouth. And that assertion is not coming from Carlson's critics. It's being made by a federal judge in the Southern District of New York and by Fox News's own lawyers in defending Carlson against accusations of slander. It worked, by the way.

Just read U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil's opinion, leaning heavily on the arguments of Fox's lawyers: The "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' We have protestors now assaulting police officers is that not enough violence?

Tucker has been caught in lies. Nobody should take him seriously. For abortion, it's not attack on Christians. Christians don't have to have an abortion, That is their choice, and none of my business. If you don't want an abortion. Don't have one. Some Red states are keeping women in the dark about BC.
