CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I hated Gym. I am not limber at all and can barely bend forwards let alone backwards
. No talent in sports either. Gym teachers always favored the kids with athletic talent. I sadly have no good memories of Gym class other them talking with my friends out in the infield while playing baseball.

I think the one I knew was George Reeves?? Not sure about that.

I remember wearing white jeans so tight you had to quickly hold in the tummy, lie on the bed and pull very hard along with Bass penny loafers with pennies inserted.

Hey, everyone...is this a new trend in clown costumes or what? Several on the scripture thread are wearing them. It must be a Golden Eagle fad. I already have on my p.j's but will put on a clown outfit tomorrow. ROFL.

Yes, clowning is good! My Raggety Andy hair worked really well with the new clown outfit. Fun!
Do you remember the first time you went to the circus? The clowns impressed me the most. So did Clyde Beatty who was the lion tamer. I have been fascinated with lions and tigers ever since. But in our house the only lions and tigers are little ones...our four kitties. One of them does strut about a bit like a lion though.
