Heres a few verses
Ephes 5:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
Here also...
Jerm 51:39 In their heat I will make their feasts, and I will make them drunken, that (((they may rejoice))) and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.
Whereas it says,...
1Thes 5:7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
1Thes 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
Heres not drunken with wine, but the Lord pouring out a spirit of deep sleep
Isaiah 29:9 Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.
Isaiah 29:10 For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.
Whereas again here...
Jerm 51:39 In their heat I will make their feasts, and I will make them drunken, that (((they may rejoice))) and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.

 Just some places you can look that speak of the same things
you have taken Jermiah out of context to suit your agenda. Lets see what it really says.
Babylon will be a heap of ruins,
a haunt of jackals,
an object of horror and scorn,
a place where no one lives.
38 Her people all roar like young lions,
they growl like lion cubs.
39 But while they are aroused,
I will set out a feast for them
and make them drunk,
so that they shout with laughter
then sleep forever and not awake,
declares the Lord.
40 I will bring them down
like lambs to the slaughter,
like rams and goats.
^that has nothing to do with being "drunk in the spirit of God"
you take 1 Thess 5 out of context. Lets see what it says
But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. 5 You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. 6 So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night.
^that has nothing to do with this topic
Isaiah 29 is out of context. Lets see what the chapter says
Be stunned and amazed,
blind yourselves and be sightless;
be drunk, but not from wine,
stagger, but not from beer.
10 The Lord has brought over you a deep sleep:
He has sealed your eyes (the prophets);
he has covered your heads (the seers).
These people come near to me with their mouth
and honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
Their worship of me
is based on merely human rules they have been taught.
14 Therefore once more I will astound these people
with wonder upon wonder;
^not about the topic
the only leg you have is Ephesians 5.
It isnt saying "instead of being drunk with wine, be drunk with the Spirit"
It is saying "instead of being concerened with drinking wine, be,instead, concerned with things of the Spirit"
To be "filled up with wine" would mean you have committed the sin of drunkenness.
So it says instead be filled with the HS. That doesnt mean be drunk, or act drunk, or think your drunk.
Be concerend about Heavenly things, not earthly things. For if your concerned about heavenly things, earthy things will be given to you.
This is why it is written:
What shall we drink? or What shall we wear? 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
