Yes.
Of course, Jesus and the Father are one. Still, at Gathsemene Jesus spoke of God taking the cup from Him, which affirmed that God the Father is the absolute authority.
It's astonishing to see someone questioning the intentions and morality of someone they deny exists.

The technical term is ontological subordination. They are "ONE".
But for one to be the authority, and the other not.... that means they are TWO.
Thats ok by me. I dont expect it to make sense.
Romans 3:26b that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.I see, Thank you. So that means that God sent Himself in human form to Earth to be killed by man in order to impress Himself enough to make the decision that man should, after all, be saved. Got it.
No it isnt. It's astonishing to see someone questioning the intentions and morality of someone they deny exists.

And no ... Jesus wasn't killed by man; He laid His own life down.
John 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
OK, I'll amend my statement to:
God sent Himself in human form to Earth to commit suicide in order to impress Himself enough to make the decision that man should, after all, be saved.
Is that better?

Perhaps it's through these "absurdities" that God can flesh out a subset of humanity to be used as a target for missionary work? And this is without even touching on the other absurdities raised by God doing things to impress Himself enough to make a decision about a situation He devised Himself. God is, in effect, giving Himself a gold star for His own actions, which were completely unnecessary as only He makes the decisions.
Remember, this all flows from God alone deciding whether Jesus had paid the price for humanity's sins. If it's all God's decision, then no one else is involved in those decisions. It's Him alone. He decides. Absurdity results.

Through God's "absuridities," you guys advertise yourselves; as well as your levels of understanding.

Like they didn't do in Noah's time, when Noah was involved in 'absurd' work, building an Ark in a landlocked location; or priests in Joshua's time, marching around a superfort?Or perhaps it's a story that can only make sense to those who have no wish to look beyond what's in it for them.

Such as?Details which would explain Joshua's victory in more mundane terms?
