Don't know if I ever tried 'em or not :o
Grits - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Grits is a food of Native American origin that is common in the Southern United States, mainly used in breakfast. It consists of coarsely ground corn (when grits is made from hominy, it is referred to as hominy grits). It is sometimes called sofkee or sofkey from the Creek word.[1][2] The name 'grits' is most likely to have derived from the German term "Grütze", which in turn derived from the Italian term "Gruzzi", meaning crushed (or coarsely ground) corn...............

I kinda like it mixed in with Menudo......yummy!Have you ever tried hominy?...Southern style grits is like their little brother.
What kind of crazy idea is it that we are to keep the 10 but we are not obligated to them. I have seen some real fancy dancing when it comes to the 10 commandments. What would or is God saying now.Nope! that means we're not obligated to them. My question is to whom were the 10 Cs given? Be inclusive with a Scripture, please.Where does the spirit of the law idea come from? It isn't the Scripture. What does Romans 7 say concerning the matter?Tell us what you believe. We don't desire to make false accusations. The question sounds like baiting/trolling to me. Notice I said sounds like. I didn't say it was.Nope! Galatians 5:19-21.
Why do you need to meet the requirement of the law if there is now law?Hmmm! I thought the claim has always been the Spirit enables us to meet the requirements of the law. What happened to that claim?
What about trusting God to provide a job that would allow you to keep the Sabbath?anyway, back on subject, to me, the 10 commandments are the foundation of what Christ taught. The first five are guidelines for our relationship with God...The last five are guidelines for our relationship with our fellow man.
If you follow Christ's two Great Commandments, you are in essence following all ten.
Some folks desire to keep the Sabbath holy, but have no choice but to work on whichever day their Sabbath falls on, in order to keep the job their family depends on.
Great, that includes the 10 commandments people.Grace does not allow what the law forbade. Grace is not a license to lawlessness.
Please note: We do not obtain salvation through obedience. We obey to show love for God.
Frogster - are you suggesting that those sons, led by the spirit, are altogether lawless? Are you arguing for a right to sin?
