i do not know, i am a creationist, but a Biblical creationist and not a Bible/science creationist.

The earth created/restored by God in Genesis 1: 3-31 was a single piece of circular land. So no i do not believe in the scientist Pangaea.

I do.

But not like it is presented in academic circles.

At one point, the earth was one giant supercontinent.

Genesis 1:9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

Earth = Pangaea

Seas = Panthalassa

I hope it's okay to post this here, but if not, I'm happy for moderators to move it.
I do. It is obvious that continental drifting fits like a puzzle, if put back. Plus one may lean on this verse.
Genesis 10:25.

"To Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother's name was Joktan."
The word "Peleg" in Hebrew means "division." This verse is often interpreted by some to refer to a literal geological event where the continents separated, while others interpret it as a division of people and languages after the Tower of Babel.
Blessings

Which creationists? Young Earth or Old Earth? Some Young Earth Creationists believe that plate movement was/is faster than today. Old Creationists shouldn't have a problem with the idea of plate movement. I'm an Old Earth Creationist and I don't have a problem with it.

Looks like either way.

Old or young, it looks like Pangaea is accepted.

I was wondering if that verse would come up. Thanks.
