I’ve already stated this, but I’ll state it again. I don’t expect to see it in my lifetime. It’s a long game. As Christ continues to grow His kingdom, there will be a majority of believers, and it will happen.
'In a study published in 2022, Pew Research Center projected that if the rate of decline continues to accelerate, Christians will make up less than half of the American population by 2070, with estimated ranges for that year falling between 35% and 46% of the American population.' I believe there is plenty the founders got wrong. But many of the issues of today comes from their inability for some reason to see the rise of the political party. The structure of the constitution is designed with an understanding that each elector and legislator would exercise independent judgment in their roles, not simply voting for or against the policies of the other party. There are many changes I would make to the Constitution if given a chance.

This isn't difficult...

You said 'As Christ continues to grow His kingdom, there will be a majority of believers, and it will happen.'

I showed you just the opposite.

But he may be right. The current crop of MAGA Christians have all but abandoned the Gospel of Christ but that doesn't mean that the Gospel is gone. After the train wreck we are headed for in November, it is entirely possible that there will be a revival of the Christian faith and a reformation and, purged of it's cruel elements, the church will begin to grow again.

If that makes you feel better, okay.
I'm indifferent to the matter. I was wondering how you were going to acheive your aims. You said that the number of Christians would increase so that they'd have some control. You can't have just made that up so I went and checked. The info I found showed just the opposite.

Where did you get your info from?

Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold, all together were broken in pieces, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, so that not a trace of them could be found. But the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.
— Daniel 2:35

The mountain is Christ’s kingdom.

Speaking of…

He told them another parable. “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven that a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened.”
— Matthew 13:33

The kingdom will eventually fill the world.

I'm sorry, I don't read biblical quotes put forward as an argument. I thought you'd have some specific information about some increase in the percentage of Christians.

Not the topic.

Brihaha brought the trial up again.

You might note the OP has this as an example: "....I don't understand how a judge appointed by a president would be permitted to try that same president in their court room. How is it that this did not have some kind of stop gap measure?"

My comment is #190 of a 10 page thread (!), that had devolved long ago, and yet the OP 'was' motivated by the trial of DTrump, note I tried to add relevant discussion to this now vague wandering topic... such as here: #164 "I havent seen the 'Federalist papers' mentioned yet in this thread... they show the extensive thinking behind the founding documents......
.............. oh brother

Is that a Jeanne Dixon prophecy?
From Pew, as noted. They are very reliable. I guess that in this case they took all the data over the years and drew a line joining the dots, then noticed which way the line was heading.

Spoiler alert: It wasn't heading upwards.

When I first read the Pew report I thought it was a bit generous to the future of religion in the US. For some reason they think that scenarios where believers end their identification with their old religion will just stop are some how plausible, especially given that the large size of the "None" category is largely driven by deconversion.
