Satan would do this and deceive people to believe that God is punishing them. Satan would do this in order to make people hypersensitive to communicable diseases... the dangers of contamination from paper and coin money..
This would then lead to mandatory vaccinations... followed by mandatory marks on people so that we could buy or sell without paper money..
Next time a pandemic comes through, the governments are going to use all the things that they learned from the mistakes that they made here.... and... make vaccination mandatory.

If we read the books of the prophets( like Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel), they talk about the punishments we will receive for not obeying our God.
Deutoronomy 28:22 says "The Lord will strike you with wasting disease, with fever and inflammation, with scorching heat and drought, with blight and mildew, which will plague you until you perish.
