"... and so all Israel WILL be saved" (Romans 11:25-26)
The Greek word "houto" translated as "so" refers to the "manner" of salvation found in Romans 11:23-24.
It refers to the manner of salvation, instead of the timing of salvation.
Romans 11:26
(CSB) And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written, The Deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.
