I refuse to use the term "transgender" because it is a made up term to give legitimacy to delusion. I will preface what I'm about to say with this..

I am a registered independent. As far the democratic or republican parties go I do not have a horse in the race.
That's not to say I don't care. I care greatly. On some things I lean left, on some things I lean right. But in the end, I want a better America for current and future generations. I just don't care what party brings that about. I care more about what they say and do.


I will say this about Trump. Both times he has won he has had a clear, simple message that resonated. "Make America Great Again" and he was able to articulate what that he thought that would look like in action. That resonated with people that were concerned about inflation, immigration, job loss. It's what Trump is for thus what the republicans are for in many people's eyes.

The message of the democrats has been more muddy. What is their primary focus area? LGBQT rights? Environment? Green Energy? the working class? All of those? Something else? I honestly couldn't tell you.

Let me put it this way. Trump's message was a simple one that resonated with people in areas where they felt the country as a whole or themselves personally could use some immediate help. He was able to do that better than the democrats this go around.

And it is not getting better - the more they try to dehumanize Trump and the Republican Party - the lower their popularity goes.

There’ll be just one Party and you’ll have to join it to be able to work in/for the Government and everybody will belong to it or be accorded second-class. Of course, since there’s only the one Party you can’t just “join”…you’d have to be “sponsored” by two Party members in good standing.

It is this type of response and fear mongering that is killing the party IMHO.

They need calmer heads who will address real life issues instead of sowing division and fear.

Concerns for “the other Party” is a two-way street.

I think not.
I think Hispanic voters saw the large number of immigrants were increasing prejudice and discrimination against them (thanks to DJT's campaign.) They wanted it to stop. Now they'll cry because their cousins and friends will be deported...but the prejudice will remain.
