For years I searched to find the truth. Nothening was not made clear; finally I turned to the world; I had to have supernatural intervention to get me out of the mess I had gotten myself into. I came to deaths door; the dr. told my husband I had two to three hours to live.I had a six year
daughter; I didn't want any one else to raise her; I knew I was dieing ; I looked up to God; and promised I would raise her with moral standards
that no one else would. At that moment The Holy Spirit came I could see
approaching my face; I don't remember any thing else for three days.

One more thing I want to say; A Rabbi taught me to read the torah. I knew the new testiment but not the first one. The Holy Spirit taught me to teach by subject. A that your words should not be caresly used.
Life and death is in the power of your tongue.

He Himself commended teaching "the law and the prophets," from the least to the greatest, to others, as we hope for glory and greatness in Yeshua. Like you, the law taught me to speak life, to choose life (a Torah concept) by speaking it into my life, until I saw it. What Paul spoke of as "confessing unto salvation." Like you, such speaking produced much evidence of things not seen, as the life I was choosing and speaking appeared to me. And so, my faith grew, and my experience with the Spirit of God, who always brought me to Yeshua.

Your report reminded and encouraged me of this, and my faith this day for prosperity and joy has increased.

It is really the people who live by faith who are the true sons of Abraham;and the Scripture; foreseeing that God would justify; declare righteous; or put in right standing with Himself; the Gentiles in consequence of faith; proclaimed the Gospel; foretelling the glad tidings of a Savior long beforehand to Abraham in the promise saying; In you shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;So then, those who are people of faith are blessed and made happy and favored by God; as partners in fellowship with the believing and trusting Abraham; And all who depend on the Law; who are seeking to be justified by obedience to the Law of rituals; are under a curse and doomed to disappointment and destruction; for it is written in the Scriptures; Cursed; accursed; devoted to destruction; doomed to eternal punishment; be everyone who does not continue to abide; live and remain by all the precepts and commands written in the Book of the Law; and to practice them; Now it is evident that no person is justified; declared righteous and brought into right standing with God through the Law; for the Scripture says; The man in right standing with God; the just; the righteous shall live by and out of faith; and he who through and by faith is declared righteous and in right standing with God shall live.

This is the vision that keeps me from perishing. But, let us remember that the companion part to "Without a vision, the people perish" is "But happy is he who keeps the law." In the New Covenant, we have the Lord's command to His disciples to "teach them (the new disciples) all things whatsoever I have commanded you." And, "Anyone who says they know the Lord, but does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." The commandments spoken of in both passages are the imperative voice commandments recorded is scripture that Jesus gave His original 12. I have found 200 of these, so far. Praying for the Holy Spirit to teach me how to keep these 200 commandments is how I am sustained in and by the vision you present.

These are perilous times, indeed. Lawlessness increases, love decreases. Let us counsel together on how to prevent backsliding.

Hi BlackThroneBlade;A born again believer has A covenant with God, but as any promise or provission to A covenant, there are are things we must do to approriate and activate its blessings. there are contractual obligations we have to fulfill in order to have the promises and of the covenant; in other words follow his instructions.
There are certain conditions we are rquired for these things to be active in our lives. It's like any other contract between any two individual: each person must do certain things to fulfill the contract.
For instance,
Romans10; 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Hi, I am new. I want to strengthen my relationship with God. What does it mean to praise Jesus? How can I do that?

Praising as a part of worshiping in spirit and in truth means the same as it means when you praise an athlete or musician. You attend to something that you see them do that is amazing, make note of it, and then speak about how amazing it was to others. Or shout about how great it was, or sing about it. In the case of Jesus, when He takes away our guilt feelings, or shame, or gives us the peace that passes understanding, gives us His Holy Spirit, to make us full of wisdom or peace, then it is time to praise Him for that work. But that praise is mixed with thanksgiving, since it was something amazing He did for us. So, we look to see Him do amazing stuff in the world, like with Tim Tebow on the football field, and we need to praise Him then. I pray to see His glory in His creation, which gives me a focus for praise. I seek to praise Him for glorious sunrises, for example.

Religious praise is of the sort, "every knee shall bow," where any old person, saved or not, will praise Him because it is the right thing to do, without anything particular in mind. Good to do, but tends not to be very fruitful for us, and not really what He is looking for.

Warfare praise is praise in faith that He is doing something amazing that we do not understand, that seems evil to us. Prison to Praise sort of thing, taught by Merlin Carothers. When, in the midst of some trial, His Spirit reminds us to "count it all joy," we do well to thank and praise Him against all our personal feelings for His mighty and ingenious works. It is to His glory to conceal a matter, so we need to praise Him when some mighty work is hidden in some mess. eventually, we will see what He was doing, and will be glad we were early with our praises.

In order to get a good foundation, Paul, reflect a moment on the parable taught by our Lord on the sower. Matthew 13:1-23. The seed, which I understand has been recently planted in your heart, starts to grow, you have continuing joy. What might be called "Honeymoon Faith." But, what happens next depends on your foundation. If you have a poor understanding of what salvation means, the evil one will snatch it out of your heart. This happened to me, and, after three fervent years, I backslid and lost 15 years. Or, you may not have a "root in yourself," and then, when persecution comes, and it will, you give up. To get a root in yourself, study biblical law. Read through Exodus and Leviticus and Deuteronomy, and meditate on the law, day an night, as Psalm 1 exhorts. Roots are the part of you that gets down and dirty, into the ways you are tempted to sin. When you overcome such sin, you receive the crown of life. If you ignore it, you will not have a root, and won't stand in tough times.

Then the Lord warns of the cares of the world and the love of money. You will face many apparently "neutral" choices about company and activities and friends. Now is the time to be proactive in making strong positive choices that are likely to make it impossible to back-slide, and likely to change your appetites and habits to promote spiritual growth. Get a mentor! Get a mentor! You have not really just become a believer, you have become a disciple. Don't think you can just sit in the stands and be in the game. No, no, no! You have to suit up, and go to some coach's practice sessions. Sit in the stands later.

Remember, there are 30, 60, or 100 people who are counting on your growth in the Lord to get saved at all. They are your fruit that He promised you would have, if you stay the race. As you grow in wisdom and faith, you will be able to win souls. Don't be a hurry for this, wait for your time to come, as the Lord did. But use the promise to press on and make costly decisions. I have been to Hell, and returned. It is bad. A lot is at stake, both for you and for them. Get hot, and get going.
