Most teach children that to object what the government approves of and protects,
is wrong, without even allowing the lies to be exposed....
and those who bring the light upon something that is being protected become targets of the government , corporations, etc etc etc ...

If so, that matches many of the places in the Bible where "hell" is printed. It does not mean the same in the original as it does in English Bibles nor in Western ways of thinking.

At best, Einstein would say that the Foucault pendulum shows that the surface of the earth is not an inertial frame. In other words, it is accelerating (i.e. not at rest).

Not to mention (and let me stress that I do NOT suggest using the FE as a tool for teaching salvation... so let's not go there... again)
BUT... there are numerous people who were strong atheists... who heard of the FE.... were convinced of the FE and then came to Christ..... based on their belief in the FE...

I highly doubt this. And even if you can name a few people who did that, if their faith is anchored on something as obviously false as FE, it's likely to crumble when they learn the truth.

You cannot deny this simple truth.. a FE model amplifies the need for a creator, intelligent designer and demolishes the basic Atheistic Darwinian evolutionary house of cards.

If it's true that we live in an enclosed, stationary, snow globe world.... the bible still makes sense.

The Bible doesn't say the earth is flat. You can interpret metaphors in it to say that, but then you'd also have to believe that it also has four corners, rain comes from bottles in the sky, Jesus is literally a lion, a lamb, bread, water, and various other things...

Well, what else was I supposed to do? I sincerely believed for many years for what I thought were good reasons. If god wanted to reveal himself to me in an undeniable way he could have and still can if he chooses. Why wouldn't he do this?

I don't know if you can know if someone knows him.

I agree and this is a huge problem in Christianity. How do you know you know him?

Perhaps realize there is no hope without Him, so tell Him you want to know and serve Him (if you do) if He Does Exist, but HE has to let you know.

Yes, you are probably right. It's the "bias" that is the issue...

... the family bias I received from my own father was one that came with the fact that my dad always had a strong interest in studying objects in our own solar system. In line with what I learned in public schools, my dad taught me to assume that the earth is round; in fact he basically took it for granted. Of course, maybe the fact that he worked for NASA during the last 1960s had something to do with how he taught me to 'see' the world. The funny thing is, in looking back, understanding that the earth is round doesn't really look to me like 'bias' but rather like objectivity.

I don't see the search for truth, in any topic, as a "pot-hole" in the road of human rationality. If this were the case, innovation would stall and humanity would lose.

We must always test everything.

Ok. Then how about testing the roundness of the earth by an Argument from Analogy: the other objects near and far in our solar system are all round, and there, by that simple fact, I'm going to assume that the earth is round too.

Any reason why I shouldn't assume the earth is round when all of the other solar objects are round or at least spheroid?

That is what Christianity does. Tells children what to believe under a threat of hell if they don't believe.

That's kind of an overstatement and can't be universally applied, and even if it can be applied, from a social science view, it isn't done so in identical ways among the various Christian denominations to the same extent, with the same intensity or in the same relation to accepting what are primarily biblical doctrines rather than scientific doctrines.

I did not give you a method. If Yahuweh Sovereign Creator believes you ,
If you DO what I said (OR find out what HE SAYS and DO THAT) ,
if you tell Him you want to serve Him, and if you really love Him and repent for real (not just to "get forgiven", not for "show", not just "to get to heaven", He Knows, and He Alone is Able to help you. No one else likely can, from what you posted.

IF you do not want to know and to serve HIM, then wait. He knows if you tell Him the truth or not, and if you don't want to know or don't want to serve Him,, or don't want to do what He says, then I don't know what He will do.

But He does say what He will do IF you are honest with Him and seek Him and repent.
(repent: turn to Him crying desperately to be saved/ healed/ helped)

(not doing what other 'christians' say to do, if they don't agree with Him - billions try that, and it does not work for anyone) ....

If the photos weren't enough to raise some doubt, then I fear I'm dealing with a wall of prejudice, motion for a mis-trial and empanel a fresh jury.

What photos? My mother was a pro photographer and I'm pretty good with a camera myself, and I've never seen any photos that are incompatible with a globe earth.

And anyway, if you have such evidence, why do you resort to name calling like a five year old?
