that is soooo true, I agree with this ...

I found this one specially relevant for the leaders of our country,

at the moment, all they can think about is the EU...brexit etc

Reassurance.

Isn't it precious that God surrounds us all about with protection? And even when we're not aware of?

What's not to be delighted about in this glorious God Who is GOOD, as He, behind the scenes, works EVERYTHING out for our good?

Oh to praise Him!!

Proverbs 29:

Fear of man.

We are admonished to not fear "man", but to fear "God". It is akin to "worshiping" that which we fear, isn't it? In essence, we would be "worshiping" man, if we feared him. It would be, as it were, "bowing down" to "man", and not "God".

God, in all of His infinite wisdom, is right.

Isn't He?

Amen?

Stiff necked.

"He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy." ~Pr 29:1

God is blunt here. He comes right out with it, doesn't He? Stubbornness is abominable to Him. After many warnings, if we still refuse to listen, He "lets" us walk right into the disaster we are so stubbornly inclined to do.

Self-will. Yes, it's a "killer", literally.

Tragic, isn't it?

"And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man," ~Gen 6:3
