Problems with your post:

1) Evolutionary theory was not generally accepted until after the publication of Darwin's book which provided a plausible mechanism for it. "A few hundred years ago" everyone was creationist.

2) Virtual particles were not theorized until this century, not the age of reason.

3) The big bang theory does not claim the earth came out of the sun.

4) They did not claim that the big bang came from virtual particles because they didn't know virtual particles existed. In fact, they didn't even know that quantum theory existed.

5) There is an "atom"- we have photographed such. We have even split it using nuclear fission. What about the a-bomb? Was someone using the "vital Force" for that one?

6) What Herman Kilbe said doesn't matter. You have to demonstrate how or why what he was saying is true or false.
