So if there are metaphors in scripture, then the resurrection might be a hidden Gnostic bible code?

You are looking at bible interpretation as either literal, or everything else. It is interesting to see where your bible codes fit on the traditional Jewish Padres system of interpretation. While metaphor and parables were actually seen as part of the peshat the plain meaning of the writer, you have gone past remez things hinted at in scripture, past allegorization of midrash, all the way to sod the secret meanings hidden in scripture. So no, just because writers in the bible used metaphors, it does not follow the resurrection is a secret code.

But your biggest problem is that there really are secret codes in the bible, remember 666? Jesus choosing 12 apostles? By your argument that means resurrection is a secret code too.

True because the surface text really consists of literal, metaphor and whatever other type of language the writer wanted to use.
