The New C.S.A. would be a wonderful place. A place that women could feel safe walking down the street at night. A place where children would not be in fear of the Gov. breaking down the door to take them away and shove them in some ungodly "child protective services" because someone wanted to get some political cheese points. A place where you would never see drug dealers on the streets. A place where you would never see gangs!!! A place where you would never see bands of homosexuals screaming obscenities dressing in womens underwear and dancing lewdly on floats. A place where your children would not be in danger of inter-net predators. A place where there would never be a MBLA, or any other form of child pornography!!!
Yes, the New C.S.A. would be an awesome place to bring up a family.
If you want to see something like hell on earth, go to some of our slums in the U.S., or go to San Franpsycho (Sodom & Gomorah.).

Instead of running away from all the problems you say we have here in America why not do something to make it better? Why not try and get kids off drugs? Why not give a hand to the elder lady down the street? Why not make what we have right here right now in front of us a better place, a more "Christian" place.
I am not talking about following some laws. If all you want is law and order than go to China or Cuba or some country ruled by an iron fist government. If what you want is a real Christ like country then we have a wonderful place to start right here in the USA.
Christ called us to be part of the world but not of the world.
Government will NEVER be able to force people to believe a certain thing or way. The only person who can MAKE me do something is Me. (God gave me this in free will) If you want a nation that believes as you do and lives by the same values as you; then stop thinking you can force people into it, you never will. But with love and persuasion and real giving on your part you may convince some.
That is how you will have your new nation. Grass roots, from the bottom up.

I am not afraid to make a stand and state my position on issues so I will respond to this question with an answer.
Am I talking about gay right to marriage as a problem?
Well lets see we have Murder,Rape,Kidnapping,Abuse,Theft. These are some real problems. We have hunger and poverty and lack of good education. These are real problems. We have homeless, addicts, racism. These are real problems. We have men dieing in another country thats in a civil war. We have a government thats spends more in 1 year than it will make in the next 10 years. We have a lack of concern about fellow humans within our churches. These are real problems.
So does gays getting married rank as a problem? Not to me!
Lets work on things that are killing and destroying peoples lives before we start working on things that are displeasing to God.
Oh by the way all of those things that I think are problems are I am sure displeasing to God. For some reason I think God would want to see a human life saved more than some commandment followed. If people are dead or dieing they cant turn to God and seek him.
Remember it was the pharisees and scribes who Jesus called the den of vipers. It was the Tax collectors and Fisherman and simple sinners of the world he called Salt and Light.
You want to change this place then start at home! Then your neighborhood. Then your town. Then your city. Then your county. Then your State. Then your Region. Then this country. Then this hemisphere. Then the WORLD.
Thats how Jesus did it!

1) the issue of the Constitution is this.... it expressly states what the boundaries of the Federal Government are - that is the the Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches - those express and limited powers/jurisdiction/issues are all they get - ALL that is not granted to them is expressly retained by individual states....
2) the Federal Judges have taken upon themselves powers never granted to them by the Constitution.... they now enforce upon the people judgements that are not the law (making laws is *expressly* retained by legislatures, not courts) but yet which are given the weight of law - even to the point of telling the Legislature what law they must obey even when contradictory to the Constitution...
3) thus, instead of the courts rulling ONLY on what IS in the Constitution they now rule on what is NOT in the Constitution and because our knowledge of the Constitution, separation of powers and what the powers of the other branches and the people are... these pontifications become law where no law existed.... even in violation of the people's expressed will ....
Watch it -- If Shield is too afraid to answer my questions, don't give him an excuse to "forget" them.

However, knowing for a fact that if you get out of control and commit murder, rape, kidnapping; you will be hanged by the neck until dead; usually forces people to stay under self control.
