All governments are ordained by God. Therefore, if the God-ordained government says abortion is not murder, then it isn't.

So it would be the same as legalizing Rape, or Kidnapping.

Rape and kidnapping are both acts which God himself ordered committed in His name throughout the OT. As such, there are times where it would've been a moral sin not to rape or kidnap. Ironic, ain't it?
