I used to look forward to reading your posts. I used to think that you had a fairly level head about you. You used to think things through before you posted: Now...?

Oh well, I can't please all the people all the time. But I would advise you to be careful about what you call me. Only because I am a true born again believer in Messiah Yeshua. I don't mind you calling me dull/ slow/ dim witted, ect.. However, for your sake be careful with the prince of darkness references. The LORD does not want His servants lobing bombs like that at each other. Especially over a side doctrine like Capital Punishment.
This is not the Nature of GOD. Or the holy Trinity. Or the Divinity of Christ. This is only a political type of doctrine. It has NO eternal spiritual significance. It has nothing to do with Salvation. Nothing what so ever.
For you sake and mine, maybe you should just lay off this thread. If it causes you that much heart burn, just lay off it brother (and YES I called you brother. I believe that you are a Christian and therefore the title of brother. We are not friends; you made that clear. But you are my brother in the Lord. LIKE IT OR NOT.).

I got the nick-name 'the Prophet of Doom' in Bible college. I was always preaching from the minor prophets. Then we had a bake day, where everyone brought in something they baked. I brought in my Double Doom cookies! Everyone laughed and ate them all up. They were awesome! I put twice as much of chocolate chips than what the recipe called for!
Everyone just called me the Prophet of Doom after that. The name stuck and I was so named for the rest of my Bible college days.
My fav minor prophet book is Amos!!! Awesome.

Do you believe that the Minor Prophetst were speaking only to the people in that day, and are an example for us today? Or do you believe that the events spoken therein have not, by and large, yet been fulfilled?
