• CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

forgive me, but im still a bit confused.

Would a woman be forced to marry her brother-in-law if her husband dies in the CSA?

In your words, please.

Because that's what the Old Testament tells him to.

"I wasn't responsible. I was just following orders when I marched the prisoners into the ovens."

It's curious, the applicability of the Milgram experiment to the quote which you have stated and the nature of the discussion through this thread.

What is curious about it, especially, is that throughout the Milgram experiment, and presumably the extermination camps, those who acted in a manner they percieved as immoral would generally protest the action, question it, and yet conduct it upon the legitimacy of the authority. And it is interesting to note that the percieved legitimacy of the authority, whether in the halls of a prestigious university or some backstreet office building was extremely important in gaining compliance.

What I don't see here with SoF, and what truly concerns me, is that there is no questioning which would be inherent to western society's morals and ethics. I can understand compliance, but that he does so without even a question - when every single participant in the Milgram trial paused and questioned the experiment. Every last one.

I don't see what's so psychologically unpredictable about his compliance - but it is the lack of questioning that which contradicts so many western morals and values that is so psychologically inexplicable.

Honestly, SoF - seek some help because you seem very far into an abnormal psychology right now, and I don't think your brain is functioning in a human manner right now.

The Milgram experiment coerced people into performing acts of atrocity that they would not have otherwise committed -- acting against their own morality.

I haven't seen anything to show me that SoF has any moral problem hanging anybody -- the only reason he doesn't do it is fear of the law. His solution is to change the law to indulge his lynching fetish.

That is all well and good brother. I see that you have 1 son and 2 daughters. How would you feel if John Wayne Gacy raped and murdered your son?

Personally, I would want him skinned alive, drawn, and quartered.

But the purpose of the law is justice, not revenge. You want to kill all the gays because of your personal bad experiences with them -- that doesn't make it right.

Please don't tell me that you would not want him dead. I would have a very hard time believing you.

Please tell me that you don't think the law exists to satisfy your bloodlust -- that makes you no better than Gacy.

This man is why GOD said this:

16 'But if he strikes him with an iron implement, so that he dies, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death. 17 And if he strikes him with a stone in the hand, by which one could die, and he does die, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death. 18 Or if he strikes him with a wooden hand weapon, by which one could die, and he does die, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death. 19 The avenger of blood himself shall put the murderer to death; when he meets him, he shall put him to death. 20 If he pushes him out of hatred or, while lying in wait, hurls something at him so that he dies, 21 or in enmity he strikes him with his hand so that he dies, the one who struck him shall surely be put to death. He is a murderer. The avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death when he meets him. --Num. 35

God had this one particular man in mind? And commanded that we all be treated on his level?

Now I know you're not talking about justice anymore.

GOD, Father, Son, Holy Spirit said these words. GOD is smart. GOD knows what He is doing. GOD has a reason behind this passage. It is a good reason. It is perfect.

GOD is perfect and His Word is perfect.

Also a few millenia outdated. Why not enforce the rest of His laws, shield?

The state of Illinois killed this vile animal May 10, 1994. It was a very good thing. A very good thing indeed.

In the C.S.A., he'd be hanging right alongside a man who worked on a Sunday. Kind of puts the whole thing in perspective, doesn't it?

Capital Punishment is holy and righteous when done in accordance with scripture. Holy righteous and good.

Then why not kill all the people whom scripture demands dead? What are you afriad of?

John I believe you need to seek psychological help. Really.

If you want violent monsters destroying young boys by violently raping and stabbing them to death, running wild in our streets; then it is YOU who needs help NOW!!!

I want the John Wayne Gacy's put 6 feet under. Not running the streets.

I am perfectly sane, thank you.

You on the other hand....

That is exceedingly unchristian of you. Turn the other cheek and all that.

Also, does this icon remind anyone else of Goaste when it's animated?

Everyone's been telling him that. His responses have been.....
Hm, colorful.
There are shades of insanity, a touch of hypocrisy blended with a strong dose heresy, quite a bit of megalomania - and all painted on a thick canvas of evil.

Look SoF, you don't need to create the CSA, it pretty much already exists, here's a fantastic example of your utopian paradise at work:
Facing the gallows for being gay in Iran

You can be just like Iran! YEY!

How does that have any baring on the execution of homosexuals.

Gacy was a convicted murderer and rapist. There's a fairly good argument for capital punishment there (one I don't really agree with, but at least it has legs) - the same doesn't hold for Jim and Steve down the road who are just being themselves.

SoF>>

you have still failed to answer my question straightforwardly with a yes or a no answer. I am starting to think you are beginning to come around to the idea that you have the idealized sociopath's paradise, not the utopic nation you think it would be.

Please answer the question with a yes or no answer, if yo're not afraid, because I'm sreally starting to think you're just fearful to give the right aswer because no matter what you say, you're porbably going to be wrong. If the answer is either yes, or no, its still pretty fubar.

Answer the question; would a widow be forced to marry her brother-in-law in the CSA?

yes or no?

And how is hanging people who work on the Sabbath going to save young boys for you?

There was only ONE John Wayne Gacy. he was put under the ground.

If you're seeing multiple gacys, then this statement:

I am perfectly sane, thank you.

Is highly debatable.

Clearly SoF is so terrified of homosexuals (childhood trauma and all that), that they all look like Gacy to him.

Sad, really.

Gacy married in 1964. The same year, he had his first known homosexual encounter while his wife was in labour with their son, Michael.

Right. One gay killer. Congratulations. You know that statistically speaking, there's less gay murderers than there are straight? I'm not counting population, merely the percentage of the population.

SOLI DEO GLORIA.

You're going to get a hernia if you keep moving the goalposts like that.

I'll say it again: you're not being labeled homicidal for wanting to execute murderers and child-rapists. Some people here might say you're wrong, but your mental state would not be in question.

What's getting you so much heat is saying that homosexuals, communists, and basically anyone listed as a capital criminal in the Old Testament should be executed.

So, answer the following questions, without doublespeak, lengthy cut-and-pastes that don't really address the question posed, or otherwise BSing or dissembling:

Do you believe the death penalty should be applied exactly as described in the Old Testament?

If you in fact would spare certain subsets of people the Old Testament calls for the execution of, why?

Get right down to it, Herr SoF. Are you cosmic Schutzstaffel material or not? Will you run the trains and the gas chambers and the crematoria of the New CSA exactly as ordered by the cosmic Reichsführer? Beantworten Sie die Frage!
