The heart is really cute!

Most of my hobbies and crafts went down the drain since I had to move twice in the last 6-8 months....long story. I am hoping, now that I am getting settled, to get back into some sort of creative outlet.

That’s pretty awesome and cute. It looks like so much work to make that one with all the little details. I don’t think I’ve seen an embroidery machine either.

A Christmas gift I made this year for an awesome friend here on CF.

Decided to try making custom gifts again for Christmas this year, this time working with plaster. The last time I used plaster was a few years back for one of my architecture classes.

Even though I had some prior experience with the material, it still took some getting used to. I ended up making a couple manger scenes and a work bench, and added figurines I had bought few years back which I never used. The molds for the plaster were made out of foam core board. I'm happy with how everything turned out, and the recipients loved them.

I’ve never heard of it, but I looked it up and it looks very fun.
