  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Okay, I'm bored, so...

Say you meet the perfect mate. Like, you made a list of everything you want in the ideal spouse and you found that person and they meet your every standard perfectly. They also want to spend their life with you. BUT they don't want to have sex, ever.

Would you marry them?

No. We'd be incompatible, clearly.

As far as I'm concerned, someone who doesn't want to have sex shouldn't be getting married. Sex is a key part of marriage. If you're not willing to accept the full package, you should stay single. Marriage is the only context where God allows sex. So to marry a person who doesn't want to have sex is essentially trapping yourself in cage of sexual frustration and temptation. Now if two asexual people or two people who are too physically disabled to have sex want to marry each other, that could work. But I don't see how a sexless marriage is a biblical one. Just be friends, and call it a day.

FYI, I'm not asexual. I'm... the opposite of that.

But I think I could spend my life with an asexual who was right for me. I have several reasons, but I might have to make a blog post to explain them all.

i am a nympho, an a sexual person wouldn't be compatible.

Personally... I would.

Yes because we could do "other" things that are not necessarily coitus.
