No. Like others have said, sex is a part of love and intimacy in marriage, and without it, I might see the relationship as more of a friendship than a marriage.

As far as I'm concerned, someone who doesn't want to have sex shouldn't be getting married. Sex is a key part of marriage. If you're not willing to accept the full package, you should stay single. Marriage is the only context where God allows sex. So to marry a person who doesn't want to have sex is essentially trapping yourself in cage of sexual frustration and temptation. Now if two asexual people or two people who are too physically disabled to have sex want to marry each other, that could work. But I don't see how a sexless marriage is a biblical one. Just be friends, and call it a day.
