I don't either.

If, however, it turns out to be true that she has an IQ of 83, dropped out of 5 colleges, and has never been able to do well in school, then I wonder how she will understand foreign policy, the American constitution, the federal budget, and the other things that a President needs to manage.

But let's wait until we know whether these records are genuine.

Grades are not just a reflection of innate intelligence, they also reflect environment, personality, coping skills and a whole host of things and as a teenager these things can be volatile.

Exactly,and as soon as the Troopergate report report came out she immediately lied and said it "vindicated her of all wrongdoing!

Three distinct things went down yesterday at separate events across the country. First, there was a John McCain rally in New Mexico, where one over-zealous voter called Obama a "terrorist." McCain said nothing.
Meanwhile, over at a Sarah Palin rally in Clearwater, Florida, another supporter offered this macabre suggestion for how to deal with Obama: "Kill him!" Nice. Perhaps the worst action went down at another Palin event in Florida, this time in Fort Myers:

In Clearwater, arriving reporters were greeted with shouts and taunts by the crowd of about 3,000. Palin then went on to blame Katie Couric's questions for her "less-than-successful interview with kinda mainstream media." At that, Palin supporters turned on reporters in the press area, waving thunder sticks and shouting abuse. Others hurled obscenities at a camera crew. One Palin supporter shouted a racial epithet at an African American sound man for a network and told him, "Sit down, boy."​

There is simply no way Palin has an IQ of anything less than 100.
