Well the lady herself hasn’t claimed it was rigged but Sen Cotton has stepped up to say it was rigged because ranked choice is bad m’kay.
Which is a pretty ridiculous argument. Given how the RCV played out in this case, they would have had the same result in your standard FPTP with a primary:

1. Palin runs against Begich in a primary.
2. Palin wins and is the republican candidate.
3. Peltola is the democratic candidate.
4. Begich primary voters by and large either vote for Peltola or just sit out entirely.
5. Peltola still wins.

The RCV essentially condensed that down to a single vote.

MAGA Republican lost therefore rigged, don’t muddy the waters with facts.

I mean, RCV isn't perfect. One could argue that Begich was the candidate most people would agree on. But having Peltola, a candidate who most voters are OK with, win is preferable to having Palin, a candidate who most people expressly do not want, win.

Although the special election has now been decided, the November election is still on for the full term. Palin and Begich have asked each other to drop out to help consolidate the vote. Both have declined to do so.

WASILLA, Alaska (AP) — Alaska U.S. House candidate Sarah Palin called on fellow Republican Nick Begich to drop out of the race Monday, holding a news conference in the same place where on a holiday weekend more than a decade ago she announced plans to resign as Alaska's governor.

Well, I guess we know who the AP is calling a dropper-outer.
