I'm about as liberal as they come but the first thing I thought was that it's not a circle. If you ask me to picture a circle I would never picture a shaky roundish shape like the one in the OP.The problem is, they picked an example with an answer that is 100% provable with nothing more than a ruler, a pen, and paper. Math/geometry isn't liberal or conservative. It just is.
Since this is about liberal perception, then this image below is also a circle:This isn't about the "definition", it's about the "perception".

I said it was a circle and I am a conservative. Guess I am the exception that proves the rule?
And yes, this is actually a political test. Do I need to explain or can you guess?

The point may be that Liberalism deals unapologetically in half-truths while Conservatives go towards precision and so are offended at sweeping generalizations being presented as thought they were facts. But OTOH, it's probably possible to reach any number of conclusions about the "circle" and the way we've voted.Since this is about liberal perception, then this image below is also a circle:
It used to have good articles. Nowadays it seems like buzzfeed. Can we all agree that reading Salon isn't usually worth the effort?
Didn't it used to be better when it was first created?
Yeah, it's sort of a circle but it's not. TBH, if I drew a circle, that's probably what it would look like so I voted yes.
Yes.
Would that make you a moderate?
But if it's only "sort of a circle" it isn't actually a circle. It is merely similar to one.
As someone already stated in the thread, we can tell it looks like a poor attempt at drawing a circle. If you draw a circle yourself and it's poorly done, you can still make use of it, but that's because anyone looking at it understands your intent, not that it actually constitutes a real circle.
