Church growth and salvation!

I go to a church in England that has a congregation of around 300 people including youth and children. Earlier this year we felt that God was speaking to us about church growth. Well now Hes bringing it!! In the last three weeks 12 people have been saved through our church, 3 have come back to God and we have seen 9 water baptisms!

We got an interm pastor
That I think may become our permanent one
If he doesn't, then everybody will be disappointed
Myself including. Attendance is up on Sunday mornings, nights, and Wednesday nights!
