yeah thats very true. I think the difference is our society gives us an out in marriages...I mean its something ridiculous....like 50% of couples that get married, also get divorced. Ouch.

I think you have a super realistic view on your sexuality, its an instinct. I'm glad you understand lust is not enough reason to marry, and that if you cannot maintain abstiance 100%, that you have forgiveness if you ask for it.

Marriage is just like life, there are ups and downs as long as both are willing to work at it things will be fine, my wife and I have been through alot of trying times and have only been married 3 years but it all works out in the end. I think divorce is valid in certian circumstances but alot of people get divorced just because.

I consider divorce valid in cases of abuse, infidelity, mental illness (Not known prior to marriage), criminal activity, and extreme violations of trust.

i agree with luther. marriage is a bond, and its about work, but if both paries are willing to work, it can be long lasting and rewarding. If not, then it can be miserable and painful.

You should not forget abandonment since that is the other biblical reason for divorce. There are some women who once married use there woman hood to attempt to control there husband, if you dont do this I wont sleep with you, that has abandonment writen all over it.
